Sorry to everyone who registered or wanted to. sadly the resposne to this event was very low... silly low.

we simply cannot put on the race with only 20 total participants, spread out in 5 differnet categories.

we suggest you try 6 gap century on Sunday.

12 mile loop course with over 1000 ft climbing per lap.

Race on the first KOM of the 2007 Tour De Georgia! After a quick 6 mile lead in, racers will be on the course. Each lap is a challenging ascent of Lavender Mountain, a 2 mile climb. The final lap for each category will send riders to the summit of Lavender Mountain, after a grueling 20% grade leg breaker.

Start on Technology Road, Rome GA 30165

Look for signs for Parking

Registration: Registration online ONLY, registration closes Thursday September 27^th at midnight. Entry Fee is $25 for all riders, includes USCF insurance. Participants must have a valid USCF license or purchase a 1-day license for $10. (1-day licenses available on site) Races held rain or shine. Minimum field of 20 per category, promoter reserves the right to combine categories/prizes.

RR route

Start on Technology Drive, turns into Huffaker. Continue down Huffaker and turn right on Big Texas Valley. Then right on Fouche, right again on Fouche and up the mountain. Over the mountain and turn right on Huffaker. That is the loop. On a racer's last lap, riders will turn right and finish at the power cut on Lavender Trail.
